These two buildings (2411 & 2413) seem to mismatch the data the City of Calgary provides as part of My Property. The building north, on the corner of 24 Ave and 1 Street should be 2411 instead?

Can anyone confirm that these buildings are in fact correct?

Someone will need to determine is this really is "Forge Road SE", even though the signs leading up to this parking lot say "Private Property"? I'm not sure if entities can own public right of way, or if the "private property" just applies to the properties to the left (west) of this road?
