It looks like you are screwing up a lot of OSM data in Hanoi by splitting long ways into lots of smaller ways and adding redundant tags.

I changed 'trunk' tag of that road to 'primary' because that road is neither national road nor very important road (according to 'trunk' definition in the OSM Wiki).

In Vietnam, 'suburb' is more suitable for urban districts. 'town' is for rural districts (which are a lot larger than the ones in urban areas).

Old name reverted.

"Văn Điển" and "Văn Điển Town" is different. I just replaced the old name with the full name to prevent confusion :)
