Dieser Weg way/28287434 ist als access=permissive getaggt, was Zugang für wirklich alle Verkehrsteilnehmer impliziert (mehr als durch highway=path gegeben wäre).
Für wen ist der Weg tatsächlich erlaubt/geduldet? Fahrräder? Fußgänger? Mehr?

Klar ist der Tunnel inzwischen auf ESTW umgerüstet, aber warum sind hier ein Zp9, ein Zp10 und ein Zs2 eingetragen? Wenn das mal gestimmt hat: Zu welchem Zweck? Und gibt es einen bestimmten Grund, weshalb das noch niemand auf Ks umkartiert hat oder hatte nur noch niemand Lust?
