Are this way/131722608 round connecting way and the northwestern parking aisle service ways (where cars go southwest) allowed for bicycles in the opposite direction ( oneway:bicycle=no ) ?
If not, for clarity, it should be marked oneway:bicycle=yes because the southeastern ways are indeed allowed in the opposite direction ( oneway:bicycle=no ).
