Broughton Road (and its Heydenreich Road continuation south) has been open to through traffic for ~3 years, but several segments are still tagged highway=construction, so all OSM-based routers refuse to use the road while renderers draw it. Local resident confirms driving it regularly (2-lane, straight through). Ways needing retag from highway=construction to highway=tertiary: 1468144854, 1470159793, 1479324526 (Broughton Road), 1468631515 (Heydenreich Road). This road is called Jeremy Drive. It's frequently labeled wrong because there are many accidents here per year that crash into the road sign and take it down.
