Can someone confirm whether this park exists?

Is this a center turning lane or just some gore-type space? If it's not a lane, Guerneville Rd can probably stay divided this whole length. There are some islands just to the west that are not represented on the map and it's cleaner to keep the whole thing divided.

Right turn only from South 238th street onto West Valley Highway. New median blocks the south bound lanes of West valley highway.

There is a mill here, it is 3 stories tall with 2 being in the roof. It has a /\ roof (I forgot its name, oops) and is called the Centennial Mill. It is an abandoned mill.
