Shell gas station is being constructed. Everything has been constructed already except for the roadways. The building currently mapped no longer exists (will mark as demolished).

Noticed this appear very recently, but there might be an ALPR located on a post in this island very near where this Note is posted. Has the large solar panel that tends to be associated with them, but am not sure if the device is an ALPR. Can someone who is local confirm whether or not this device is an ALPR?
