The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

The map shows a way coming down from Via Sant’Andrea Avellino to Via dei Vitari but this is not a path, this is a small and rather steep water canal. If you go this way the forests becomes impenetrable and you can get trapped in brambles.
