It looks like it is being used as a normal house now.

footpaths and turning/delivery space down the front of IDRM and Boundary Brook House need adding. They usefully link up Old Road and Roosevelt Drive for pedestrians and cyclists now that the shared track near the GHB site is heavily restricted.

Not convinced this "path" merits inclusion - it's not an RoW (albeit there's a historic bridleway on either side), there's no surfacing nor crossing infrastructure (not even a dropped kerb), it's just an occasionally used desire line
