This is in the middle of the riverbed. Cannot tell for sure that there are no hot springs at this place, but I could not find anything, and even if, it would probably only be accessible when there hat not been rain for weeks. But I found hot pools on the river side (mapped separately). Consider rechecking or deleting this point.
