Just manual mapping from Maxar, but since the max changeset size is 10k, it is uploaded in multiple changsets. Going forward I try to upload the data in smaller batches.

As far as I could find, the expressway is not numbered anywhere. About the AH ref, if it is automatically moved over when a road is superceded you may place it, but I am not sure if that's how the AH system works.
In any case it is not uncommon for some motorways not to have a ref.

Hi, please note that ref=* on motorway_junctions is for the exit number, not for destination:ref (which should be on the motorway_link way).

Hello, where possible, could you try to use replace instead of deleting the old object? It only takes one shortcut in JOSM and it also saves not having to carry over the tags manually.

For example here the tags were added in version #5 by another mapper, but now there is no convenient way to see who added those tags originally.
