And also, don't name POIs like the name of their category name (hotel with name "Hotel"). If you have some additional info, move it into the note field, users will see it in their clients natively.

Could you explain why you removed this building? Yes, it is under construction, but it is, and the OSM rules suggests tag "building=construction" for this purpose.
