Imagery shows a dirt sideroad beginning here and leading north, with a sign indicating no winter access. I would like to know more!

The property at 3080 Yonge is being redeveloped and the businesses at that address are closed pending completion (or forever.)

The structure is up as of mid-Oct 2016 but I don't know the web site for the leasing effort.

It should probably be more evident on casual inspection that there is a well-loved splashpad and a nice little playground here. The slight inaccessibility (by bike down the path, or by descending the hill from Sheldrake or Sherwood) seems to really draw the kids in. Treecover makes it a little harder to get really good GPS fixes on the boundaries of the playground but I could give it a try in winter.

Pretty sure The Abbot Pub and Fare at 3367 Yonge St. is actually on the block to the south. Will confirm and move it to resolve this note, when I have time.
