Hi atlas, can I ask your reasoning for changing this one segment from `highway=secondary` to `highway=primary_link`? Everywhere else I look, when a road crosses a carriageway, it still retains the same `highway=` value

Hi atlas, why are you actively removing `name:full` and `name:prefix`? These are needed for proper addressing in Utah, as recorded in osm.wiki/Utah/Naming_Conventions

I wouldn't call them 'vacant lots' though. They're full of bumpers and signs for use as a parking lot for BSU. That's interesting that they're still registered, but based on some semi-recent redevelopments I've seen around, my guess is that if residences are built here in the future, they will be assigned different numbers than ones that used to be here.
