"The designations in Dutch and German are misleading and not sufficiently documented. In Dutch, I recommend the French term, which is also common in the neighbouring Dutch province Limburg and presumably in large parts of the Netherlands.
In German it is debatable whether Visé or Viset, but Weset, Wezet, Wesent etc. can occasionally be found, but is not very helpful when using the maps, often interferes with map use and communication.
