This sidewalk (heading down to the tracks) is now a MUP, and the sidewalk on E Columbia is under construction to also become a MUP connecting to the CVG on the other side of Columbia.

Pretty sure this end of the park is now a double-wide-sidewalk-with-brick-divider (meaning Burnaby bike path). IIRC it also curves up Silver for a bit.

Ontario street is currently closed between Walter Hardwick Avenue to the alleyway south of 1st Ave, and it expected to be until the fall (https://vancouver.ca/streets-transportation/ontario.aspx). The sections of W 1st and E 1st currently marked as under construction remain so.
