Until this point, east of here, seems to be (part) an extension of the residential segment and/or (part) a service way. Note these bollards, the gate to the south which may be for service vehicles and the large parking in the south corner of Saint Patrick's de la Salle which was added. Compare Esri to Esri Clarity. Otherwise seems no explicit signage for cycleway.
Mapillary (2020) may be only slightly outdated.
