Is this bicycle restriction ( bicycle=no ) explicitly signed?

Does it apply in both directions?

Determine for which part of the way it applies.
Add any other restrictions (access, maxheight, maxweight)

Are there any "Must Exit" signs or similar before this part of the highway which tell cyclists to use the sidepath? If so, apply e.g. bicycle=use_sidepath to the appropriate parts of the way.

New and demolished buildings.
Most are visible on GRB and aerial, but at least one (southern area) is not visible on aerial imagery yet.
