It is onstreet but precast kerbs will be installed. The paint is all down and currently temporary barriers are fitted.

Those bike lanes were previously mapped as bike tracks, according to the OSM Wikipedia page there is no difference in a bike track or a separated cycleway.

Just fixed it.

There is a resurfacing project that is in progress that will add protected bike lanes along McGrath from Broadway to Third Street supposed to be completed over the summer. It is in preparation for the Grounding of McGrath.

I just flew out of JFK last week and saw Terminal 2 has been demoed. The roads and construction zone are from Bing Maps Imagery provided on OSM which has been updated very recently.
