The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Entrance to 25 Mount Hill, driveway between 4a and 6 Quarry Road

Houses missing on the north side of the Street. Also half the houses on the south side are also missing.
Basically there should be houses all the way along charminster road.
