Is this section of the frontage road really two-way? If so, is the section that connects west of the entrance ramp one-way until the entrance ramp? (There's nowhere for westbound traffic to go if that's the case.)

Residential landuse needs cleaning up; there is no good reason to do these as multipolygons, because that means the landuse is glued to the road (which is incorrect).
