пожалуйста не пишите описательные названия и статусные части в названиях.

Никаких "Pharmacy", "Аптека" и "Дарiхана" там быть не должно - только имя собственное, н-р "Феникс".
У нас не викимапия ))

Different companies use different approach for the mapping and have own guides, not always compatible to OSM rules. We do not map for specific navigators nor renderer nor validators. The main rule for roads mapping is "one physical carriageway = one highway in OSM". There are exclusions for 3+ lanes with complicated turn restrictions but not in above case. I am sure navigation software developers can adjust the software for specific cases instead of changing database.

I see the MapBox (US company) uses own guide based on US-talks group. Then probably it should be applied to US only 'cause the rest of world was not part of that discussion and it is not voted in OSM nor hard written in Wiki.

Hi, please note we do map roads but not wheel tracks. This road way/193750257 has lot of redundant nodes.
