Need location of Royal Sovereign Shoals Marker Buoys, then mark lighthouse demolished.

The area of Cuckmere River here should be natural=water + water=river, but it's mapped as the coastline of Britain. I'm intending to fix this. I'll do it steps from this end, creating new, reasonably sized polygons for each step, tagged correctly.
