The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

TWYFORD MARINA BRIDGE

Per google street view, the surface of the footpath along the river seems to be the same to the north (#1467294234) and the south (#169413853) of this point, but the northern bit has surface=compacted and the southern surface=gravel.

Because of that, planners like Valhalla refuse to plan wheelchair accessible walking routes via the southern bit.

I'll check it out IRL at some point and clarify the map if necessary
