| 154009550 | Hi there and welcome to OSM! Temporary features (such as the Eisteddfod Maes) should not be mapped because data consumers that pull OSM data may use it for weeks or months before updating. osm.wiki/Good_practice#Don't_map_temporary_events_and_temporary_features You CAN however, add it to OpenHistoricalMap, where mapping is also done by time! https://www.openhistoricalmap.org/ Happy mapping :)

| 153407077 | I've restored the place=island tag now - be careful in future since you turned the whole island into a beach which I don't think you intended to do. :) |
|
| 153407077 | Hi PMPKim, You added a wiki link but in doing so you also turned the relation into a beach. Was this intentional? Cheers

|
| 152235459 | Hi gomedia91 Please don't tag trees as natural=wood ways and instead use natural=tree. You can use additional fields on natural=tree for the size and height. Cheers

| 153009239 | Hi again - you requested a review.
It will take longer for services that use OSM to apply the change Cheers

| 152647070 | Hi BEANS_SUCK, welcome to OSM! Could you please write more descriptive changeset comments? Writing just "aaaaaaaaaa" or "s" isn't clear to other mappers what you've been doing. osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments Happy mapping

| 152626232 | Hi MarkCooper, It's never a good idea when contributing data, such as addresses, to specify that it belongs to you (or anyone you know) for privacy reasons. See this Wiki page on making good changeset comments:
Cheers and happy mapping,

| 149532786 | If you're on desktop, you can click Edit at the top, click on the bridge and then the tag fields will be on the left. If you need to look at the tutorial or want to have a read of the tips, you can press H (or click the [?] on the right) whilst editing :) |

| 149532786 | P'nawn da manincyprus, a chroeso i OSM! I saw your note & tag asking for feedback. Is permission still required from Celtic Manor Resort to use the bridge & gattes? If so, it might be worth revisiting some of the access tags. Perhaps 'private' or 'permit' might be better here instead of just 'no'? The OpenStreetMap Wiki may help you as well:
Happy mapping :)

| 147988608 | I also live here so that's what I was wondering - I always thought Costa vacated from here before opening up where Starbucks used to be (in Trostre) but it seems like I was mistaken! No worries, thank you :)

| 146612753 | Hi there, As per my previous comment (changeset/146612253), AONBs in England and in Wales have been rebranded as National Landscapes. Also, you have changed only the 'name' field, leaving name:en and name:cy intact, which do not correspond. Diolch / Thank you,
|
|
| 146612253 | Hi there Are you sure the source is updated? AONBs are set to be renamed as National Landscapes https://national-landscapes.org.uk/national-landscapes/anglesey You have also removed the Welsh language tagging (name:cy) - why is this? Diolch / Thank you,

| 146516551 | They seem to be run by the local authorities rather than the Senedd centrally, so I guess they all do their own thing? Gower doesn't even have its own website and is on Swansea Council's, while Llŷn has contact info for Gwynedd Council (both still AONBs) https://www.swansea.gov.uk/article/9102/Gower-Area-of-Outstanding-Natural-Beauty https://www.ahne-llyn-aonb.org/Contact The only thing calling them NLs at this point is the NL website. You'd think the councils would have at least changed the words on their websites by now. |
|
| 146516551 | National Landscapes rebrand was apparently launched in the Senedd late-2023 (https://nation.cymru/news/wye-valley-to-be-rebranded-as-national-landscape/) but can't find anything about it on search engines No AONBs in Wales have officially rebranded yet (except for Wye Valley, partially in England). I've been checking for weeks but nothing has come up at all. |

| 134137822 | Hi there,
I have rectified the tags, but please be careful in future should you return to OSM :) Happy mapping! |
|
| 144596507 | Hi there, you've requested a review - seems mostly ok to me, but look at the car park(s) to the south of the bounding box Would it be better to map the area as one larger car park and then add individual amenity=parking_space? |
|
| 143652999 | Also, be careful with your changeset comments - you mentioned these houses are those of your family, and the addresses are visible to the public (which you can see below this comment section) |
