The item referred to both the settlement and the ward — happens a lot in Wikidata, but should be split into two items.
If done that now. https://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q7193632 is the ward and the new https://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q94531777 is the village.
Since the ward is not in OSM, I cannot add it, but with changeset/85274966 I have added the new correct link to the village.
Indeed, you find both names for it https://www.tcra.go.tz/postcodes/1#page=41 refers to both — the village and the ward — with Oldeani.

Are you sure, that this is a hamlet and not part of the town as a neighborhood? If it is a neighborhood, it should be tagged as such with the place=neighbourhood you had added before.

You removed the link to Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northwest_Harborcreek,_Pennsylvania) and Wikidata (https://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q1189131), both of which indicate that such a place with the name "Northwest Harborcreek" exists, as TIGER does.
Did you confuse it with node/158629734?
