Paraplegic benefit fund, take donations ect to support spinal injuries. What tags belong on this?

What is best practice for situations like this, where I have many buildings assigned to one street address. JOSM gets mad when I have multiple identical addresses so the best I can think of is to assume that OSM is smart enough to make building areas inherit address data from areas they are contained by. Please tell me if this is wrong as I've done it a few times along this street

In JOSM there are errors here regarding the fact that there is a hospital within a hospital (Charles Gairdner node within Elizabeth Quay area). What is the best way to fix this? Don't want to start chopping and changing without knowing the best thing to do

Heading south on Thomas Street, OsmAnd says I should've turned right here onto Bagot Road, however this is a no right turn intersection. I don't know too much about relations but this looks right I believe. Unsure of why this was shown as a right turn
