As a follow-up to the oddly named parking area note that was raised a few weeks ago:

This doesn't seem to be a parking area at all. I was there today and there's just the track. There's no construction whatsover outside of the track.

It is physically possible to park here, with most vehicles I guess, but I can't see that that in itself warrants a parking area.
