A proper survey of these houses is neeeded as they are new and I have no (usable) aerial imagery for them yet, just that they are here.

Check to see if this is an actual feature, and if it is fix the details, e.g. is it actually a lighthouse?

Where is the culvert that channels Sturdy Creek under 2nd Avenue and 2nd Street?

It seems to end up at the culvert opening below Bay Street, but the only reference to this system online is from the winter of 2016 when there was a road survey done, in which an enginner notes that the culvert runs (somewhere) under both 2nd Avenue and 2nd Street.

The 2004 Geobase Hydrology data is apparently outdated, as there is no outflow in front of the baseball diamond, and it clearly does not flow through it, though it could flow *under* it ... maybe ..?

But that would take it *away* from 2nd Street, and would pose the question of what is coming out of the Bay Street culvert?
