While editing features are not duplicated by presence of both a node and a building. If building is dedicated to the feature, you can copy the tags from node and paste on building and then delete node. Please following the naming style (title case, expansion of abbreviations etc) I have fixed your edits with changsets (example:changeset/139460130)
Please limit changeset to a smaller area like a neighbourhood.
