It's "Elie Ness", not "Ellie Ness".

A new shared-use path will be constructed between Kelty and Cowdenbeath, starting at the Fife Council boundary on the B996 and ending at the roundabout on Perth Road.

The existing narrow on-road cycle lanes on the A909 will be removed.

A survey will be required to check on the progress.

Note sure adding the pin locations is appropriate - do golf clubs not move them every now and then?

I have a question about whether it is correct to show the operator of BT exchanges as 'Openreach'. I have read up on what Openreach is responsible for, and it seems to me that they are only responsible for managing some of BT's network assets. It follows from this that there is, or could be, assets within their exchanges which are not operated by Openreach. It would therefore seem better to tag the operator of the exchanges as simply 'BT' rather than specify the 'Openreach' division.

This doesn't look right - is the flood basin really this whole area? The latest satellite imagery appears to show a SuDS with a larger area which may be used for flood water storage. Also, the edge of the flood basin is marked on OSM as being right next to houses, which seems rather unlikely. Suggest someone should survey this to have a look.
