I believe it is part of the Plaza, not Calle San Pedro based on the house numbers - these buildings seem to have numbers belonging to the Plaza and the numbers for Calle San Pedro start at the point where car access ends just west of the pedestrianised Plaza.

Perfecto, yo tampoco sé mucho de estos deportes (en mí país ningúna de las versiones se practica que yo sepa) pero había llegado a la misma conclusión que «sport=padel» es la etiqueta más adecuada para lo que se juega aquí.

Tengo una duda sobre cómo etiquetar este deporte. He usado a veces sport=paddle_tennis pero leyendo Wikipedia me doy cuenta que me he equivocado, no es exactamente el mismo deporte. No tengo claro si en inglés el nombre más común es paddle o padel. Está regulado por "the International Padel Federation" http://www.padelfip.com/, tal vez padel sería la mejor opción?

Yo tambien me he preguntado muchas veces sobre centros de este tipo, también escuelas de idiomas, de conducir ... en general parece que hay much variación en como se etiqueta centros de educación que pueden tener alumnos de todas las edades, y no está muy bien documentado. Por el momento "college" me parece bien para estas escuelas superiores de artes o musica. Tengo una duda sobre IES La Rosaleda, no sería "school" cómo los IES en general?

Also it is missing a name tag (it only has the name in Dutch).
Do you know if the apartment is still in operation at this location as there is no address (e.g. house number) or other contact details?

Yes, I have been using the Cadastre layer in JOSM - so far mainly to map missing streets, but if I have time in future I will use it for buildings too. I agree it is a great resource - I know that OSM mappers in Ireland (where I used to live) don't have access to anything like this.

This building is actually a residential/commercial block, the Subdelegación is slightly further east, right beside the arroyo. I have moved the tags to that position.

Yes, it would be good to add the trails to the wiki. I believe the Ayuntamiento plans to improve the trails this year so maybe when that is done they will publicise them better (see http://www.laopiniondemalaga.es/malaga/2017/02/17/ayuntamiento-convertira-gibralfaro-pulmon-verde/910379.html).
