Not quite right relation here.
First of all, high part of building (tower) is only half out of low part boundings. You can see that on GPS shots, that lower part intersects with tower, but is not established next to it. But it looks like tower is built next to library on maps.
Secondly, library is actually smaller. I think that about half of the lower building is taken by university inside. There are some leacture halls, office rooms as well in that half. Even so lib is actually part of 2nd KFU building, but not separate part. They declare ( https://kpfu.ru/library ) their address as Kremlevskaya, 35, but not 35k1. Search for "мраморный зал КФУ" to see what i am writing about.

The question is, can we adjust and combine buildings into one and still place both "2nd building KFU" and "library" marker and have all metadata?

Не совсем верное расположение полигонов.
Во-первых, башня как бы пересекается с нижней частью (сейчас отмечена как библиотека). На карте в данный момент, библиотека почемуто пристроена к высотному зданию.
Во-вторых, не совсем верно, что нижняя часть это бибилотека. Внутри как минимум половина здания относится к учебному корпусу кфу. Да вообще, это одно здание, а не 2 разных. (см. https://kpfu.ru/library). Загуглите "мраморный зал кфу", чтобы увидеть то, о чем я говорю.

Вопрос такой: можно ли объединить здания и поправить их геометрию, сохранив значки библиотеки и метаинформацию?
