It looks like this changeset brought back a lot of nodes that were deleted, but brought them back as lone nodes rather than as part of a way. I should also mention that the DWG has also explicitly told you that you aren't allowed to do this type of revert in the first place.

welch and leon township were given wrong wikidata tags, i have since fixed it.
