This are is not accessible due to hazards (as per signs on the gate on the service road, the path is accessible). Should the whole road/way be marked with access=no? Some routing software will send me through the gate anyway if I leave it like this. I'm not sure whether:
1. To mark the way as access=no.
2. To split the way.
3. If 2., where to split it.
