"As of 2026/03/07, this road is officially closed, unmaintained, and though pedestrians or bikes could use it, there are very clear and visible messages on each access ramps that people may do so under their own responsability and that (car/individual) insurance policies will not work there.

Most access ramps are blocked by stones to prevent car access.

I would not describe this road and poorly maintained and often closed, while authorities do all they can to prevent ppl from going there.
