Khayelitsha requires some form of substructure---either suburbs, quarters or neighbourhoods.

Thembalethu, Dellville Park, Pacaltsdorp and Seaview require road names

Rosemoor, Conville and Borcherds require street names

This building has been renamed to Huriǂoaxa

Is it relevant that this use to be a female military college?

I'm quite sure Main Road is not the M9 here---the M9 continues east along Sir Lowry's Pass Road, if I remember the signage correctly, whereas Main Road has it's own separate identifier along this stretch, which I have unfortunately forgotten. Hopefully someone local can be of help?
