landuse tag is `brownfield` from typhoon Haiyan mapping. Needs updating/validation on the ground, and re-tagging as `landuse=residential`?

In the whole north of Cebu Island, many houses are still marked as damaged, collapsed, typhoon:damage...
This was mapped 12 years ago for Typhoon Haiyan using hotosm:
Northern Cebu Post-Disaster, #hotosm http://tasks.hotosm.org/job/360 , source=Quickbird-2, DigitalGlobe, NextView, 2013-11-13
Esri imagery seems less old, and shows most buildings have been reconstructed, but slightly different.
I already removed most collapsed and non existing buildings, but more work needs to be done.

way/246644364 - building=collapsed? Is this building really gone? In that case it should be deleted or rategged to demolished:building=yes.

Note that building tag describes purpose of the building - see building=* and remains of buildings must not be mapped as buildings
