This is the location of NSAA (New School for the Arts and Academics), for some reason it is not listed on here.

This("Days Inn Tempe on Apache") is permanently closed, in fact the physical location no longer exists, as a new condo building is being built.

These are now the Vertex Apartments. They are no longer called the Cholla Apartments. It's a never development.

There are commercial buildings that are being built and have been completed located in this vicinity.
