This appears to be a Masonic lodge.

In some apps/at some levels of magnification this is shown as the Thames Valley Trail. It's a very informal foot path at best. It's possible it's been designated as a future part of the TVT, but today it's nowhere close to the standard of the rest of the Thames Valley Parkway/Trail.

Wellington Street is closed from King Street to Horton Street until September 29.

"The soccer field has been abandoned for some time. I believe there will be a new apartment there, not sure what the name is and when they are going to be finished."
