La rue et la place sont en travaux depuis l'été 2022 (réaménagement complet). Le mobilier urbain (fontaine) et les aménagements (herbe, buissons) n'existent plus. La stèle de l'adjudant Abbès a été déplacée dans la mairie du 3ème.
