When I look at this changeset in the history viewer, I only find a change in two tags (which may be disputed, I admit). More generally, I have no memory of deleting any routes on Via Francigena, rather of recreating a superroute that had been deleted a few years earlier. Maybe if you were more precise in your questions instead of resorting to threats about a three month old changeset...
