Does the footpath really join the road at node/765266220 ? The Bing imagery suggests there might be a wall between them. See changeset/28817862 .

The thing that's marked as a footpath from the southwest to the northeast looks more like a dirt track on the imagery, and presumably joins the east-west path?

OSM has this as lcn_ref=4, yet there's no cycle signage down here (and it's not an obvious cycle route - narrow in places; fast cars). What's the source of the LCN?
