Is way/52722926/history here really foot=no? My recollection is that you can cross the road from Rougier Street to Station Avenue on either side of the road, and that it is at least sidewalk=right. Also way/24754611 is likely sidewalk=right too.

It seems very unlikely. Presumably it connects to way/323904273#map=16/53.0975/-1.2545 and then west from there?
