is this dumbbell part of A63 which exits Leeds via Pontefract Ln, J45-J46 M1, Selby Rd?

In a few years it may be A6120 when ELOR opens and Ring Road is downgraded to B___?

Local media is reporting that Thomas's has closed and will reopen as a cocktail bar (operated by Stonegate).
