| 3018736 | SomeoneElse | Presumably the cycle route NCN11 relation/62824#map=18/52.40764/0.25542 follows the cycleways here, and they do actually join the roads. Unfortunately it looks like they have not all been mapped yet - some are unjoined at one end and some appear to be missing.
