Use "ROUTES" to create the ITS system. Its a cleaner way to compile data. That way, if a local trail (let's call it the "Local Memorial Trail" also happens to be a part of ITS 85, both parts of that name can be both captured and implemented. KRMUT near Sawmill is a good example—part of it is also ITS 85/86.

Theoretically, this also means that if the renderers do their work correctly, each route will have a box marked ITS 85 just like I-95 or US-2 is marked.
