"This address is not in Markham but in Toronto, as it is south of Steeles Avenue.

Also, not sure why there is a comma after the house number. That punctuation should not be there in English Canadian address style. It should just say “8 Topaz Gate”.

It would be good to check houses along that street for any similar inaccuracies. "
