Sustrans http://www.sustrans.org.uk/ncn/map does not record a section of the National Cycle Network route 1 west from Thurso to (and on) the ferry at Scrabster. Unless there are signs on the ground it seems likely that the mapping of NCN 1 on this route is incorrect.
