On the basis of our driver feedback and cross verifying it with private street imagery, I found the following issue to exist in this location. Since the street imagery is older, I would like to check if the issue still exist in this location. Lt. https://www.stadt-koeln.de/politik-und-verwaltung/presse/bezirksregierung-beanstandet-tempo-10-auf-der-severinstrasse soll die Severinsstraße ab hier Richtung Süden nur für Anlieger befahrbar sein. Genauer Beschildung vor Ort ansehen wäre vor dem Tagging wohl nicht verkehrt.
